This October, local salon K.A. Kelly Hair Design, owned by Kim Kelley, and the west Cobb community supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This year the salon is supporting The Breast Cancer Survivors' Network at 21 East Bend, Suite 223, in Peachtree City, which has several groups for support in various counties in Georgia. One of the salon's employees is a breast cancer survivor, and recommended the network.

K.A. Kelley donates $1 for each client who comes into the salon during the month of October, and employees and clients raise additional funds. Last year, the salon raised over $900.00 during October.
